Willamette Mods Apartments — Portland, OR

4,700 square foot, two-story, 6-unit apartment building with a partial basement.  The modular building was constructed off-site and then assembled on site and affixed to a concrete basement.  Allstructure provided full design documentation and construction administration services for this project.
