The Monterey — San Luis Obispo, CA

Structural engineering design and structural drawings for permitting and construction of a new 5-story, 102 unit hotel.  The structure is planned to be (2) stories of light gage steel on 2 levels of post-tensioned construction, atop a single level subterranean slab-on-grade concrete parking garage structure.  This project is currently under construction.
