The Century at N. Cook — Portland, OR
New 17,247 square foot apartment structure consisting of 104 units in (4) stories of wood framing on top of a single story of concrete construction (typical podium construction) parking garage. Structure included a roof terrace and community room on the 5th floor, as well as retail, lobby and fitness center on the ground floor. Allstructure designed the wood-framed upper floors, the concrete post-tensioned slab, the first-floor masonry walls and the foundation. Allstructure provided full design documentation and construction administration services for this project, including design of the post-tensioned concrete decks for the first-floor parking structures.
