E. Alexander Building Seismic Rehabilitation (The Green Room) — Portland, OR

Seismic evaluation and rehabilitation of existing 10,000 square foot, single-story masonry building to be used as a mixed-use assembly area.  Project included an ASCE-31 building evaluation and a decision to upgrade structure to current code standards.  New construction included steel moment frames and new concrete masonry unit walls.  Full design and construction administration services provided.
